aylisli: I'm heading the effort in building a new trans-Eurasian international IP backbone. I come from corporate background, most recently with Cisco as General Manager for Azerbaijan and Georgia, previously with BP and Procter & Gamble. I also lead national e-governance project in Azerbaijan and built the national IP backbone. I have served as international jury member and national expert of World Summit Award, a global activity to select and promote the world's best e-Content and most innovative ICT applications. I had been teaching IT for Business, International Business, and Marketing Management at Khazar University's MBA program. I received my Master of Science in Information Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA. My undergraduate degree is in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics at the Baku State University, Azerbaijan. I have been interested in the Platform for over 10 years.
